What lease terms are available?

We offer month to month, 6 months and 1 year leases. Rental lease terms differ depending on the Murray Property you choose. Multiple apartments and garages have different layouts and amenities. For more details, please contact the leasing office by calling 605-339-2978.

I have a pet. What is the best way to find a pet-friendly Murray community?

Pets are welcome residents at several Murray Properties. Where permissible, maximum of 3 pets per unit. Possibly, an additional $30 per month, per pet is additional to rent, and additional $300 security deposit may be required. For more detailed information on which locations accept pets, please contact the leasing office, or use our search portal.

What appliances are included in a residential property?

Each of our apartment communities feature quality amenities. Kitchens are centered around well-maintained appliances, including standard cook-top ovens and refrigerator-freezers. Dishwashers and garbage disposals are offered at some of our properties. For a complete list of appliances and amenities, please search the rental community of your choice.

Do Murray Property apartments and homes include garages?

Your Murray Apartment Community features on-site amenities designed to help you feel at home. Most communities offer on-site garages or a designated parking spot. Garages may not be included in the rent of the apartment; however, renting a garage space can be an option. Some of our rental homes do feature a garage that is including in rent. Are furnished rentals available?

Not at this time.

Can I tour an apartment before I complete an application for it?

Absolutely. Prior to filling out an application, we encourage you to walk through your future Murray Property rental. A tour allows you to view your prospective rental, meet the leasing agent, and experience the amenities.

To request a guided tour before you start renting, simply contact Murray Property during regular office hours.

Where can I find more information about the area surrounding my new rental property?

Murray Property, both commercial and residential, are located in some of Sioux Falls desirable locations. They are conveniently located near centers of shopping, transportation, dining, entertainment and many places of employment.

How do I place a Maintenance Request?

At Murray Properties we are committed to providing high quality service for every resident in each of our communities. Current residents can contact Murray Properties for maintenance support by:
